Our approach
LIVECAST is brand-safe by design. This policy explains what you can and can't create here. It applies to every prompt, character, upload, and generated image, video, or voice clip. By using the service you agree to follow it.
No real-person likeness
You may not generate or attempt to generate images, videos, or voices of real, identifiable people — including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals — or upload reference images of real people. Our characters are original and fictional, and yours must be too.
No explicit or NSFW content
LIVECAST does not allow explicit, sexual, or otherwise NSFW content. Prompts and outputs must stay suitable for a general audience. Nudity, sexual content, and fetish material are not permitted.
No harm to minors
Content that sexualises or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported where required by law. Characters must be clearly adult.
No illegal, hateful, or deceptive content
You may not create content that is unlawful, that promotes violence, hatred, or harassment against people or groups, that depicts graphic gore, or that is designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate. Don't use LIVECAST to generate misinformation or to harm others.
Respect others' rights
Don't generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights, or that uses protected brands and logos without permission.
How we enforce this
Prompts are screened before generation, and content may be blocked, refused, or removed automatically or after review. We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations, with more serious or repeated breaches handled more strictly. Where we believe content is unlawful, we may preserve and disclose information as the law requires.
