Digital credits

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD sells digital credits used to generate AI content. Because credits unlock services immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

Errors and unused credits

If you were charged in error, or a purchase failed to deliver credits, contact support@livecast.space within 14 days. We will investigate and refund unused credits where appropriate, in line with your statutory rights in the United Kingdom.

Failed generations

If a paid action fails to produce a result due to a fault on our side, the credits for that action are automatically returned to your balance.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not refund by bank transfer.
