Who we are
This policy explains how GROWTHIFY TECH LTD ("LIVECAST") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the service. It applies to our website, app, and related features. For any privacy question you can reach us at support@livecast.space.
What we collect
We collect: • Account data — your email, display name, and authentication details. • Content data — the characters you create, your prompts, generated images, videos and audio, and your chat messages with characters. • Transaction data — your credit balance, purchases, and a ledger of how credits are spent. • Technical data — basic logs, device and browser information, and cookies needed to run the service securely.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the service, fulfil your generation requests, maintain your credit balance, keep your account secure, prevent abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and improve LIVECAST. We do not use your private chats or assets to train our own models, and we never sell your personal data.
Legal bases
Where data-protection law applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and improving the product), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent (such as non-essential cookies).
Generated assets and chats
Assets you generate and conversations you have are stored so you can return to them. You can delete characters, assets, and your account at any time; deletion removes the associated data from your account, though limited records may be retained where the law requires.
Third parties
We share data only with trusted providers that help us run LIVECAST — AI generation and voice providers that fulfil your requests, hosting and media storage, authentication, and (where enabled) payment processing. These providers act on our instructions under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the related personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in Settings, or contact support@livecast.space. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and contact
