LIVECAST is operated by GROWTHIFY TECH LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17323128, with its registered office at Dept 6899, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GROWTHIFY TECH LTD. You can contact us at any time at support@livecast.space.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and GROWTHIFY TECH LTD ("LIVECAST", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy and Content policies. If you do not agree, please do not use LIVECAST.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use LIVECAST. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly at support@livecast.space if you believe your account has been compromised. LIVECAST is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We block access from IP addresses in these countries and refuse registration with an email address from them.
What the service does
LIVECAST lets you chat with AI characters and generate visual and audio content — images, short videos, and voice — from text prompts. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and are generated fresh each time, so results are probabilistic and may vary. The service is provided for personal, lawful, and respectful use.
Credits and payment
Most generation features require credits. Credits are consumed when an action is performed and, if a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the credits for that action are automatically returned to your balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account is active. Pricing and purchase terms are set out in our Payment and Refund policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LIVECAST to generate, upload, or share content that: • depicts real, identifiable people (including public figures) or uses their likeness; • is explicit, sexual, or otherwise NSFW; • depicts minors in any unsafe context; • is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights. We screen prompts before generation and may block, remove, or refuse content, and suspend or terminate accounts, for any breach of this section.
Your content and ownership
You retain the rights you have in the characters and assets you create, subject to the license terms of the underlying generation models and to these terms. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service. If you choose to make a character public, you allow other users to discover and interact with it.
Intellectual property
The LIVECAST name, software, design, and original cast of characters are owned by GROWTHIFY TECH LTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding or to resell or redistribute the service itself.
Disclaimers and liability
LIVECAST is provided "as is". AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the United Kingdom.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using LIVECAST and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Content Policy. Where we close an account without cause, any unused credits are refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use LIVECAST after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes are subject to its courts. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights. Questions about these terms? Email support@livecast.space.
