Overview
These Payment Terms explain how purchases work on LIVECAST, operated by GROWTHIFY TECH LTD. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. LIVECAST runs on a simple, one-off credit model — there is no subscription.
Credits and how they work
Credits are the in-service currency used for paid actions such as generating images, videos, voice, and evolving characters. You buy credits in one-off packs and spend them as you create. New accounts receive free starter credits. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Pricing
Credit-pack prices are shown on the pricing page and your dashboard in the currency displayed, inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Prices may change over time, but a change never affects credits you have already purchased.
Payment methods
When card payments are enabled we accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; your full card details are handled securely by that provider and are never stored on our servers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Billing and receipts
Credits are added to your balance immediately on successful payment. Every purchase and every credit spend is recorded in your billing and credit history, where you can review your transactions at any time.
Failed actions and refunds
If a paid action fails to produce a result due to a fault on our side, the credits for that action are automatically returned to your balance. Refunds for purchases are handled in line with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights in the United Kingdom.
Fraud prevention
To protect users we may review, delay, or decline transactions that appear fraudulent or that breach our Terms, and we may suspend accounts involved in chargeback abuse or unauthorised payments.
Governing law and contact
